Cancellation and refund policy

If you no longer need your booked vanpool ride, you can cancel it in the MagicRide app, email [email protected], or text us at (626) MAGIC95. We want to ensure that everyone who needs a vanpool ride could get a seat, therefore you must request to cancel at least 24 hours before your vanpool departure time to be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
